The way I look at LANDCO NEXA‘s internship program is 1+1=3.

The exchange of knowledge goes both ways, and there’s great mutual benefit on both sides.

These are AI-native graduates. A lot of the conversation around them entering the workforce centers on job displacement, but what sticks out to me is what these graduates are bringing with them.

These are people who grew up with technology. They’ve been using AI tools the way earlier generations used calculators – it’s second nature to them.

At LANDCO NEXA, that’s exactly what we’re seeing with our interns.

They come in with a level of technical intuition that challenges how we think, how we operate, and even how we approach problems. In return, we offer something they can’t get from a screen: deal experience and institutional knowledge.

By interning with us, these folks are entering the market a little more prepared for the job offerings out there – and leaving us a little wiser than before.
