I’m pleased to introduce David Van Waldick as CFO of Nexa Advisory Services.

David brings decades of experience in real estate finance, capital markets, underwriting, structured lending, and strategic advisory services, including leadership and transactional experience with major financial institutions such as Wells Fargo Secondary Capital Markets and the KeyBank Private Equity Group.

His background combines institutional-level financial discipline with practical execution, an increasingly important combination as development projects become more complex and capital environments continue to evolve.

At Nexa Advisory Services, our focus is centered on helping sponsors, investors, and project stakeholders evaluate opportunities with greater clarity around capital structure, project viability, market positioning, and execution strategy.

David’s experience will strengthen our ability to:
