For a long time, keeping investors and clients fully informed on our deals required a lot of manual effort.
Compiling reports, updating documents, coordinating what to share and when – it was all too much. We made it work, but the process wasn’t elegant.
We just fixed that.
LANDCO NEXA has launched a new capital platform that organizes all of our deals in one easy-to-research, always-current location. Investors and clients can now access important documentation, deal overviews, and reports in real time.
This offering only became possible because of modern AI tools. They’ve turned what used to be a heavy lift into a manageable task, which is great for our external relationships. Better yet, it’s increased internal efficiency and freed up time and resources our team can now put toward higher-value work.
This is what technology adoption should look like: practical, purposeful, and immediately useful.
I’m excited to say that this is only the first step toward further improvement. We’ll soon be rolling out a broader technology strategy that builds on the foundation of this platform.
