We don’t run our LANDCO NEXA quarterly internship program to be good Samaritans.
In reality, we benefit just as much as our interns do.
I’ve seen how, in a legacy industry like real estate, it’s easy to assume you know it all. But standing still is a death trap.
Everything moves, everything changes, and if you don’t adapt, you’ll get run over.
So at LANDCO NEXA, we go where the knowledge is. Our interns have been schooling themselves in technology since their early teens. They come to learn from us, but we also learn from them – how to apply new tools, new approaches, and fresh ways of thinking to support our partners.
The real estate business is inherently slow-moving. Skyscrapers that took years to build can become obsolete in half the time. If we treated last year’s solutions as this year’s answers, we’d fall behind.
Instead, we wrestle with the reality around us, constantly asking: What could this space be today? What might it become tomorrow?
And every quarter, our interns help us sharpen our perspective, expand our capabilities, and keep moving ahead.
